Effective June 1, 2026, all building plan review and fire safety permit applications must be submitted through the First Due Business Portal.
To avoid delays in processing and approval, all contractors, vendors, property representatives, and applicants are strongly encouraged to create a Business Portal account and complete registration prior to June 1, 2026. Early registration will help ensure the timely submission and review of all required documentation.
