Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Section 286.011 (8), Florida Statutes, that the St. Lucie County Fire District Board of Commissioners will meet outside of the Sunshine Law on July 17, 2019, to discuss a litigation matter strategy and/or settlement, commencing at 3:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the St. Lucie County Fire District Administrative Complex, 5160 N. W. Milner Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983. Those in attendance will be Fire Chief Nate Spera, Fire District Attorney Kim Sabol and Brendan McGettigan, Staff Counsel, Zenith Insurance Company. This meeting will be closed to the public and is exempt from the notice provisions of Section 286.011, Florida Statutes.
