Overview
Original fire station 2 was built in 1967. In 2007, the current station was built approximately 1/4 mile southeast of the original site. In 2022, the station was dedicated to the memory of Dr. Chi Chiou Liu, who was the first fire district medical director and served the community for 41 years. Station 2 became one of the first fire stations to house an Advance Life Support (ALS) ambulance.
