The Records Department is responsible for keeping the Fire Distict in compliance with Florida's Open Records Laws. To obtian fire incident reports or emergency medical reports, please contact Kelly Machado at 772-621-3344.

The Records Department is located at our Administration Complex at 5160 NW Milner Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34983. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m..

All requests for records should be made in writing or via e-mail in order to assure they are responded to in a timely manner. There is a fee for copying documents. You can e-mail Kelly at kmachado@slcfd.org, or fax her at 772-873-3284
